Stones blasted down from hills and put them with below 630mm in jaw crusher as primary crusher by vibrating feeder. The size of crushed stones after jaw crusher is about 80-160mm, and then send them in European type impact crusher as secondary crusher by belt conveyor. Use vibrating screen to screen out above 40mm stones to return impact crusher for re-crushing and below 40mm stones enter VSI5X crusher (sand making machine). Finally, use vibrating screen again to grade stones and the suitable stones are sent to final products or the unsuitable stones return sand making machine to re-crush.

Notice: Stones as 40-300m can directly enter European type impact cursher instead of primary crusher. Or below 40mm, stones are sent in sand making machine regardless of primary and secondary crusher.
