Put less than 750mm of materials into vibrating feeder and then be sent evenly jaw crusher as primary crusher. The size is 95mm-165mm after jaw crusher, then the crushed stones enter European type impact crusher as secondary crusher, being affected under vibrating screen to screen out more than 40mm stones needed to return impact crusher for re-crushing and below 40mm enter sand making machine. Finally, the suitable products are screened out by vibrating screen to delivery the stockpile and the unsuitable stones come back sand making machine to re-crush.
Notice: 40-300mm of stones directly enter European impact crusher instead of primary crusher. When below 40mm, it can be crushed by sand making machine instead of primary and secondary crusher.
